Lamri specialise in CMMI driven Business Improvement.  We have strengths across a broad range of process methodologies (Agile, RUP, DSDM, ISO, ITIL etc) and a proven track record in driving and energising change in organisations of all sizes, in varied sectors and across multiple geographies.

Lamri is an SEI Partner organisation, with staff authorised by the SEI to provide CMMI® training and conduct appraisals against the Development, Acquistion and Service variants. Lamri are active participants with the SEI in developing the CMMI® market within Europe and a sponsor of the SEI in Europe along with Bosch and Siemens.

The team has significant experience in implementing many practical business improvement projects across the globe (UK, Europe, Asia and the US). These have recently included:

  • Supporting the transformation journey in LogicaCMG UK, with the Space and Defence Division and Public Sector attaining CMMI® ML3
  • Supporting the Accenture Financial Services global journey to CMMI® ML3, which has involved a global appraisal programme of 11 CMMI® SCAMPI Class A’s being conducted in 90 days to confirm the maturity level across this division of over 12,000 staff. All 11 of these appraisals have returned CMMI® ML3 results
  • Lamri are the CMMI® Delivery Partner for BT DFTS
  • Leading the Business Improvement programme in a key Government Department
  • Lamri delivered the first SEI-official CMMI-ACQ appraisal in Europe
