The SEI operates a partner and qualification programme for CMMI® that helps assure you of the quality and consistency of delivered services, when delivered by authorised staff. As partners Lamri sign up to the SEI code of conduct, as do all our SEI qualified staff.
The SEI runs a rigorous training and observation system to become an authorised SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, SCAMPI B and C Team Leader or CMMI Instructor. During this process there are a number of pass/fail examined points, for example the CMMI Intermediate Class that has only had a little over 2500 people pass worldwide. In addition the candidate having successfully completed the requisite training, must successfully pass an observation where an accredited member of SEI staff scrutinises the delivery of the appropriate service.
