Lamri has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for its delivery of Business Consultancy, Appraisals and Training. The certificate confirms that Lamri's internal quality management system complies with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Andrew Griffiths, Lamri's Managing Director said "We have continually invested in internal business improvement since the company started in 2003 and it shows from the number and quality of our customer references. This is the second time we have had independent external affirmation of the quality of our services. Back in 2008 we were finalists in the British Computing Society's annual IT Industry award in the Organisational Excellence category. For us it was just an extension of what we do for our clients and it was great to have our expertise applied to our own ISO challenge. The recognition we have received with ISO 9001:2008 is proof that our quality approach meets with this internationally recognised global standard. In fact I believe that we are one of a very small number of SEI Partners for CMMI who have achieved ISO 9001:2008."
Lamri started the ISO 9001:2008 certification process in 2009. Certification was awarded by Ocean Certification an accredited certification body in March 2010 after a thorough audit of our quality management system. In the future, regular internal audits will be performed and an external audit will be performed every twelve months.
