Lamri recently attended the 2010 US SEPG. Whilst there we gave a number of presentations focussed on and round CMMI for Service which go onto illustrate Lamri's leadership in Europe on the practical and pragmatic use of this model to help organisations really accelerate their business service management improvement initiatives.
We also presented on the useful complementarity between CMMI for Service and ITIL - focussing on explaining how CMMI for Service is not a threat to ITIL but instead brings extra to the table to greatly help focus and accelerate your existing ITIL based improvement.
