The most notable impact over the 12 months that Regis has worked with this division is that the performance of several critical programmes has improved. The division achieved its improvement objectives: development on time delivery improved from 75% to 82% and £1.54M cost savings were identified. The division’s Quality and Business Improvement Director was clear about how CMMI had contributed: “did [CMMI] help yes (rigour, culture, adherence to process, reporting)”.
Additionally, Regis has planned and helped facilitate several critical workshops and designed innovative process solutions.
DiagnoSYS Systems: Regis reviewed the business management system and presented the results to the senior management team. Regis helped develop the improvement programme plan.
EADS Defence and Communication Systems: Regis assessed the BMS against CMMI and presented results to the international quality and process management team.
BT Health London Local Service Provider (LSP): The programme achieved CMMI capability level 3 in several process areas and programme delivery turned around. Regis built a process management group and improved the audit process.
