Neil is an SEI certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser with extensive experience in the application of CMM and CMMI. As a Managing Consultant with Lamri, he has performed over 40 SCAMPI appraisals and provided process improvement consultancy to a wide range of clients, including large systems integrators, telecoms providers, financial services organisations and UK government departments. He recently acted as Lamri lead for the provision of appraisal services for Accenture Financial Services, a programme of 11 Class A appraisals run in just 90 days.

Other recent customer engagements have included:-

• Large UK Governemnt Department where Neil fulfilled the role of Process Architect working closely with the in-house team.
• Logica UK, where Neil has providsd ongoing consultancy to the internal CMMI programme.

Prior to joining Lamri, Neil led the global Process Improvement and Quality Assurance team for the Rates, Market Risk and e-Commerce businesses in JP Morgan Chase Investment Bank. He began his career with Lloyds TSB, where he performed a variety of roles including Risk Management Consultant, Process Improvement Manager and Project Manager.
